As a cutting-edge, team-based design platform, Figma has established a strong reputation as a serious rival to Adobe, the market leader in creative software. Figma is one of the most amazing current solutions for adhering to web standards. It was once promoted as an open web substitute for Adobe's exclusive desktop tools. However, Adobe has acquired Figma for $20 billion. A significant competitor will again be eliminated from the market due to the acquisition and brought under Adobe's control.

Adobe will be able to combine the well-liked design tools from Figma into its well-known range of creative products as a result of the acquisition. Shantanu Narayen, the CEO of Adobe, hailed Figma's business as "the future of work" and claimed there were "tremendous prospects" to combine it with his company's products, such as document reader Acrobat and online whiteboard Figjam.
