Laptop, projector and camera rentals in Delhi NCR are coming

Laptops and projectors account for most rental searches across the three cities, and cameras trail. That fits NCR's office-heavy economy: Cyber City and Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, and the Sector 62 and Expressway offices in Noida, run on meetings, trainings and client presentations. Delhi itself searches for projectors as often as laptops, driven by conferences and events.

Three situations drive most NCR rentals. Corporate: a training batch of new joiners, an offsite at a farmhouse, a pitch at a client's office, or a laptop for a contractor for six weeks. Weddings: from November to February, families and freelance photographers rent full-frame cameras, extra lenses and projectors for sangeet slideshows. Winter: dry, dusty air in the smog months is hard on lenses and laptop fans, so check gear for dust and clean the lens at pickup.

For reference, Subspace Minutes in Bengaluru rents laptops from ₹73/day, projector setups from ₹270/day, cameras from ₹250/day, and speakers and mics for events from ₹50/day. NCR pricing will be set at launch.

For corporate rentals, a written agreement matters even more, because the company pays and an employee carries the gear. Ask for a GST invoice if your finance team needs one, and read these terms before anyone signs.

NCR weddings run over several functions, often late into the night in banquet halls and farmhouse lawns. A family member shooting alongside the hired photographer, or a freelancer adding a second body, should rent a full-frame camera for the dim venues, a fast prime, at least three batteries and two memory cards. Rent for every function day plus the day before, so there is time to charge and test. Winter evenings are cold, which drains batteries faster, so keep spares in an inside pocket.

Renting several laptops or a projector for an office event is mostly about paperwork and one clear owner of the gear.
