What MakeMyTrip vouchers cover
The voucher works online only. It can't be redeemed offline for flights and hotels, and some categories are excluded altogether. If a booking paid with the voucher is cancelled within the validity period, the refund goes back to the same voucher, so save the voucher number: MakeMyTrip won't issue a new one.

Voucher or MakeMyTrip offer: which to use
Because the voucher can't be stacked with MakeMyTrip's promotions, compare the two before you pay. A voucher bought on Subspace saves up to ₹94 on every ₹1,000 of booking, whatever you book and whenever you book it. App offers can be larger on specific bank cards, routes or sale days, but they come with conditions and caps.
A simple rule: if the offer on your booking takes off more than the voucher discount, use the offer and keep the voucher for another trip; partial redemption means it won't go to waste. If no offer applies, pay with the voucher. Among travel cards on Subspace, MakeMyTrip usually carries the widest choice of denominations.

Redeem the voucher on MakeMyTrip
Redemption happens on the payment page and needs an OTP on your registered mobile number.
- 1Buy the voucher on [MakeMyTrip on Subspace](/products/makemytrip), complete the one-time KYC if asked, and copy the code from Order history.
- 2On the MakeMyTrip app or website, choose flights, hotels, holidays, cabs or buses, fill in the booking and go to the payment page.
- 3Tap Gift Cards, then Add MMT e-Pay Gift Card.
- 4Enter your registered mobile number and the 16-digit voucher code, tap Send OTP & Verify, enter the OTP and select Verify & Add Card.
- 5The voucher amount is deducted from the total. Pay any remaining balance with another method.
