Taj Experiences gift card: stays, dinners and spa days at IHCL hotels

Present the card when you use a service at the hotel. For prepaid room bookings in India made through Taj Reservations Worldwide, you share the card number and PIN when booking. If the bill is higher than the card balance, pay the difference in cash or by an accepted credit or debit card.

The card can also be reloaded, up to a balance of ₹25,000, and each load or reload renews its validity for another 365 days. That makes it handy for someone who visits a favourite Taj restaurant every few months.

Taj cards on Subspace are bought by amount, so pick a value that matches the experience you have in mind.

Because the card works across several visits, one card can cover a dinner now and a spa session later. Typical uses:

• Anniversary dinner at a Taj restaurant in your city.
• Spa afternoon for a parent's birthday.
• A staycation at a Vivanta or Gateway nearby, which can cost less than a Taj palace stay.
• A thank-you for a mentor or client, where an experience feels more personal than a product.

A few details save disappointment at check-out:

• The hotel brand. Ginger, Tree of Life, Brij and Clarks hotels aren't covered, even though some sit in the wider IHCL family.
• The type of spend. Banquets, conferences and events are excluded, so the card won't pay for a wedding function or an office offsite.
• Loyalty. IHCL's terms say TAP and TAPPMe points aren't earned on card spends, while Taj InnerCircle members earn NeuCoins on eligible spends.
• Validity. 365 days from issue. Plan the stay or dinner within the year.
