How to cancel your ZEE5 subscription on Android, web and iPhone

Use this if you bought the plan inside the ZEE5 Android app with UPI, card or net banking.

If the app flow fails, ZEE5's own advice is to use a desktop or laptop browser rather than a phone browser.

ZEE5 subscriptions bought through Apple or Amazon don't appear as cancellable inside ZEE5. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select ZEE5 and tap Cancel Subscription; ZEE5 says the plan then ends on the last day of the paid period. On Fire TV: the subscription is billed by Amazon, so go to Your Account > Memberships & Subscriptions on Amazon and cancel ZEE5 there.

ZEE5 sold FIFA World Cup 2026 + All Access packs at ₹799 for three months and ₹1,699 for a year. The tournament is over, so check whether your pack is set to renew and what it will renew at. The chart shows the worst case: a quarterly pack renewing four times costs nearly double the annual pack. ZEE5's regular plan prices weren't published on a page we could verify from outside the app, so check the renewal amount in My Subscription before deciding.

Cancelling renewal doesn't end your plan on the spot. You keep access until the paid period runs out, after which premium content locks again. ZEE5's help page doesn't promise refunds for part-used periods, so don't count on getting money back for unused days; write to support if you were charged after cancelling. ZEE5 also warns that rejoining later can cost more than your current price.

If you paid by UPI, revoke the ZEE5 mandate in your UPI app's AutoPay section once the plan expires. Subspace lists discounted ZEE5 vouchers and ZEE5 groups if you want to come back for less.
