Bharat Gas booking numbers and the quickest way to order a refill
Bharatgas, the LPG brand of Bharat Petroleum (BPCL), takes refill bookings on two all-India IVRS numbers, 77150 12345 and 77180 12345, and on its WhatsApp bot Urja at 1800-22-4344. That WhatsApp number doubles as BPCL’s SmartLine toll-free customer care line. You can also book in the HelloBPCL app, on ebharatgas.com, or through a Bharat BillPay app such as Subspace, which books the refill with your distributor and takes the payment in one go. This page lists only the channels on Bharatgas’s own booking page, explains what each one can do beyond booking, and shows how the refill price has moved in 2026.

Official Bharatgas booking channels
Bharatgas lists five ways to book on its “multiple modes of booking” page. Every one of them identifies you by the mobile number registered with your connection, so book from that phone. Bharatgas’s page lists no missed-call number; numbers that circulate on other websites are not on it, so we haven’t included one here.

Booking on IVRS, step by step
IVRS is the most reliable option if your phone has no data. Bharatgas sends an SMS at each stage, so you can track the order without calling the distributor.
- 1From your registered mobile, dial 77150 12345 or 77180 12345.
- 2Pick your language: local language, Hindi or English.
- 3Follow the prompts to confirm a refill booking for your connection.
- 4You receive an SMS confirming the booking.
- 5When the cash memo is generated, a second SMS gives the cash memo number and amount. Pay the delivery person or online.
- 6A final SMS confirms delivery with the date. If you didn’t receive the cylinder, raise it with your distributor or on WhatsApp.
What Urja on WhatsApp and the HelloBPCL app can do
Urja on 1800-22-4344 starts when you send “Hi”. Besides booking for your own connection, it can book for someone else, show the latest prices, take feedback and register complaints, and explain refill portability (getting your cylinder from another Bharatgas distributor in your area).
The HelloBPCL app is the place to manage the connection itself: pay for and book refills, apply for an additional cylinder, book a mechanic, log a complaint, change your distributor and see your refill history. If you want to change the mobile number on your connection, start with your profile in HelloBPCL or ebharatgas.com, or ask your distributor; the IVRS and WhatsApp channels will only recognise the new number once it is linked.
For general help, BPCL’s SmartLine toll-free number is the same 1800-22-4344. The oil companies’ shared LPG grievance line is 1800-2333-555, and for a gas leak call 1906.
Pay for a Bharatgas refill on Subspace
Bharatgas lists BBPS bill-payment apps as an official booking and payment channel. Subspace is one of them. You pay Subspace; the booking reaches your Bharatgas distributor, who delivers as usual. Subspace is not BPCL and has no role in delivery or connection changes.

- 2Choose Bharat Gas as the provider.
- 3Enter the identifier the form asks for, such as your registered mobile number or LPG ID.
- 4Confirm the amount fetched for your connection and pay by UPI, card or net banking.
- 5Watch for Bharatgas’s booking and cash memo SMS, and keep the delivery code for the delivery person.
How the Bharatgas refill price moved in 2026
Domestic LPG prices went up twice this year: by ₹60 on 7 March and by ₹29 on 7 June 2026. In Delhi that took a 14.2 kg refill from ₹853 to ₹942, where it stayed on 1 October.
