JioCinema and Hotstar promo codes: the cheaper JioHotstar routes that work
JioCinema and Disney+ Hotstar merged into JioHotstar in February 2025, so searches for a JioCinema Premium promo code or a Hotstar coupon now lead to one app with one price list. Codes from the old apps don't carry over, and most codes on coupon sites were never valid to begin with. What does lower the price: JioHotstar's quarterly and annual plans, which cost far less per month than monthly billing; Jio recharges, most of which bundle the Mobile plan; packs from Airtel and Vi; JioHotstar vouchers on Subspace; and splitting a Premium plan four ways. Prices below are the ones JioHotstar charges new subscribers since 28 January 2026.
- Mobile plan
- ₹79/mo
- Super annual
- ₹1,099/yr
- Voucher discount
- 5–8%

What happened to JioCinema and Hotstar promo codes
When the two apps merged, JioCinema Premium and Disney+ Hotstar subscriptions moved to JioHotstar's plans, and the old promo campaigns ended. Today a valid code is either a JioHotstar gift voucher, redeemed at jiohotstar.com/in/redeem, or a partner code from a telecom or brand campaign. Voucher terms are strict: one voucher per subscription, valid in India only, single-use, with an expiry date, and not combinable with other JioHotstar offers.
Disney+ is not sold as a separate app in India, so a "Disney Plus free trial" doesn't exist here. Disney, Marvel and Pixar titles come through JioHotstar's Super and Premium plans, or the Hollywood add-on on Mobile.
Monthly, quarterly or annual: the price per month
JioHotstar's own price list is the biggest discount available. Annual billing cuts the monthly cost of every tier by roughly 40–50% compared with paying month to month. If you only watch on your phone and don't need Hollywood, the annual Mobile plan comes to about ₹42 a month.

Recharges and memberships that include JioHotstar
If you recharge anyway, a bundle can make JioHotstar effectively free. Most bundles give the Mobile plan, which is phone-only with ads and no Hollywood. These were listed on 12 October 2026; telecom bundles change often, so check the pack before you pay.

JioHotstar vouchers on Subspace
Subspace sells JioHotstar gift vouchers at ₹499, ₹1,099 and ₹2,199, the same as the annual Mobile, Super and Premium prices, at 5–8% below face value at the time of writing. The discount is smaller than on some other services, but it stacks with the annual-plan saving.
- 1Open the [JioHotstar voucher page](/products/jiohotstar) on Subspace and choose the denomination for the plan you want.
- 2Pay and copy the voucher code once it is delivered.
- 3Sign in at jiohotstar.com/in/redeem with the account you want to upgrade and enter the code.
- 4Use one voucher per subscription; it cannot be combined with another JioHotstar offer.
Splitting Premium four ways
Premium allows four devices at once and is ad-free outside live sport and live shows. Shared four ways, the annual plan costs about ₹46 a month each, close to the Mobile plan's price but with TVs, Hollywood and almost no ads. A JioHotstar group on Subspace lets each member pay their share in the app; the live per-member price is in the table above. For what to watch once you're in, see the best movies on JioHotstar.
