Pay your Adani Total Gas bill: customer ID, prices and payment options

Your Customer ID is printed on every Adani Total Gas bill and shown in your account on adanigas.com. SBI’s example ID is 5158457241, ten digits long; enter yours exactly as printed, without spaces.

Some bank bill-pay services also ask for your meter number when you register Adani Gas as a biller; SBI’s does, for example. Quick Bill Pay on Adani’s website needs only the Customer ID and a captcha.

If you have just moved into a flat with PNG, ask the owner or society for the last bill, or contact Adani Total Gas to have the connection transferred to your name before paying.

Adani Total Gas offers several channels on its website: Quick Bill Pay (Customer ID and captcha, no login), My Account after logging in, auto payment by registering an e-NACH mandate, and payment collection centres listed on the site. Adani Gas is also a Bharat BillPay biller, so you can pay it from Subspace alongside your electricity and mobile bills.

Adani prices residential gas per MMBTU, a unit of energy, rather than per cubic metre. Rates differ by city and are shown before taxes. Faridabad is the highest among the cities below and the three Rajasthan towns the lowest.

If your home is locked when the meter reader comes, Adani Total Gas leaves a sticker on the door and sends an SMS to your registered mobile. You can then submit the reading on the website or by SMS. If no reading reaches them, the next invoice is estimated from your past consumption and corrected once an actual reading comes in. The website also has a Generate Self Bill option for submitting your own reading. A duplicate invoice can be downloaded from your account on adanigas.com or requested from Adani’s customer care or offices.

It happens, especially when two flats in a building have similar IDs. Adani’s FAQ says to email a copy of the transaction receipt or bank passbook entry to [email protected]; after verification, the payment is moved to the correct Customer ID. If you paid through a Bharat BillPay app, keep the BBPS reference number from the receipt, as it identifies the transaction. If a cheque you dropped in a drop box still shows as arrears on your next invoice, send proof of payment (a bank statement showing the debited cheque) to Adani’s office.
